Compliance
Compliance is configured into the transaction when it happens, in each country’s statutory basis and currency. The AI monitors what was reported, flags what was not, and compiles returns for a person to review and submit.
SFDA’s Drug Track and Trace System, RSD, follows every registered human drug from manufacturer to patient, including over-the-counter medicines. It uses GS1 standards, and every stakeholder in the supply chain — factories, warehouses, distributors, hospitals and pharmacies — must report product movements as they happen.
Missing registration and late reporting are among the violations SFDA inspectors look for. When the ERP is integrated with RSD, movements are recorded automatically instead of being entered by hand in SFDA’s stakeholder portal.
Governance
AI inside an ERP touches money, stock and people. So by default it reads and proposes; your team decides. We set out the data arrangements in writing before contract, not after.
The AI proposes actions for human approval. Write-back — such as a draft purchase order or an approval — is explicitly configured, gated by your own delegation-of-authority thresholds, and fully audit-logged.
Your operational data is not used to train external models. Where a third-party language model is used, a data governance annex covers hosting location, sub-processors, retention and encryption.
Deploy on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or GoDaddy infrastructure with automatic backup and restore, or on-premise to suit your IT policy.
Ask for the underlying transactions and the system produces them — the difference between a useful answer and a plausible one.
